Shopping in Birmingham saw a lady in a beautiful dress, a lady deserves a compliment yeah ? And also another lady likes to know where said dress is from. I asked and I got told dancing leopard , I will be honest never heard of it, I went straight home to Manchester ok I went a pub for cocktails first before heading home. I purchased said dress (I knew I wouldn’t bump into the lady wearing the same dress so it’s cool ha ha ). This was the start of my twitchy fingers I mean ordering from dancing leopard waiting for my third delivery now and I get so many compliments and people asking me where my clothes are now from. Fab designs that look elegant classy and modern too. My Last order a nice little scrunchies free too thank you :-)

I ordered a dress for a wedding after seeing an ad online. Unfortunately it wasn’t the colour for me and I ended up returning it, however the returns process was very smooth. Free returns label and I had a refund promptly. Although I didn’t keep the item I was impressed with the overall service of the company. It arrived quickly and was well packaged so I will certainly keep this brand in mind for future orders.

I receive my delivery quite quickly the dresses are beautiful. Unfortunately one of the dresses are faulty so I sent an email and photos to customer service team they replied really quickly sorted out the issue and refunded me all within a few days. Highly recommend ordering from this Company. Customer service from Lauren was 2nd to none very speedy excellent customer service.

Awful returns process. I sent my items back 9 days ago and still the retailer has not even received them! I'm then told i have to wait 14 days to get a refund from when they receive them back - I am owed almost £200. This is ridiculous. Will not be shopping here again.

I bought a Dove dress a few years ago and loved it, so bought another one this year. Unfortunately it had a fault and I only realised after wearing it for the first time, so I was a little concerned returning it might be difficult. But Mary at Dancing Leopard was absolutely brilliant - she immediately offered me an exchange and managed to get a new dress to me within a day, which meant I had it in time for my holiday. Highly recommended.

Ordered an item and it was despatched the following day and I received and email and text telling me so.
In addition the 10% voucher I applied didn’t come off the price of the item I purchased … I mailed the company and received a same day reply telling me a 10% refund has been credited to my account.

I can't rate Dancing Leopard clothes or their customer service highly enough ***** The quality is excellent, it washes well and looks so unique (I also love that a lot of their range is made from recycled bottles). I had an issue recently where I'd ordered the incorrect size and their team not only sorted the matter out for me but did it very quickly. Thank you

My experience with Dancing Leopard has been exceptional! All my deliveries arrive quickly, well packaged and never an issue. When I needed to exchange for another size- they promptly answered my email, sent out a new one straight away and did right by the customer! 10/10 I'll keep coming back! I get so many compliments on their pieces- what a find!

First purchase from Dancing Leopard though I have admired their clothes for a while.
Just received my Sienna dress in lime leopard and it’s gorgeous in the flesh!
Solid, comfortable material. Looks lovely on.

Followed review advice and went up a size, but my normal 12 would have fitted me, if snugly on top as I have a big bust. However, the 14 allows the dress a flattering flow and also gives it a more expensive appearance.
Scored 20% off the price too, so a real steal.

I plan to become a regular customer.

Having made a previous successful purchase from Dancing Leopard (& recommended a friend who LOVED her dress too) I bought another dress. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size & didn't realise until I received the garment BUT D.L. to the rescue! Easy return process and I now have correct size en route.

I absolutely love everything I have ordered from Dancing Leopard! The deliveries arrive when expected (if not sooner) and the quality is first class. They are such a feel good brand! Honestly, the designs will make you feel amazing! This is very important to me as a Style Coach because I always encourage women to put feelings before fashion and with DL you get both! I've never needed to contact their customer services for anything, but I had the pleasure and honour of meeting the team and know that if I ever did contact them, that I would be in safe hands.
